Married At First Sight's Evelyn and Duncan have confirmed they're in a relationship - and ex-husband Rupert has given his reaction.
Rupertwas partnered with Evelyn, 27, on series 10 of the Australian show, but she fell for Duncan, 36, after they were paired up during the show's couple-swap week.
Speaking about going official, Evelyn said: "This is Evelyn and Duncan's hard launch. It feels good to finally just say it, and it feels kind of exhilarating in a weird, freeing way."
Duncan explained the pair "hung out a little bit more" than the rest of the cast as they both live in Sydney.
Admitting that "one thing led to another", he continued: "All of a sudden we went out on a couple of nights, and some of the warm fuzzy feelings happened in my stomach and I thought, 'What's this? How we going here?'"
Evelyn says their relationship has been well received, claiming Rupert has given the pair 'his blessing'.
Duncan agreed, telling 9Entertainment he had been "very supportive",
Duncan was partnered with Alyssa Barmonde on the show, but fans thought he had eyes for Evelyn and were convinced the couple were dating.
One viewer tweeted: "Duncan and Evelyn would be sooo good together" while another mused: "I love Rupert but I also love Duncan and Evelyn together!! I hope it's true!"
After the show ended, a source close to the couple, told Yahoo Lifestyle: "They’re not boyfriend or girlfriend or anything like that, but they’re going on dates and telling friends they’re seeing each other.
“Neither of them wants to rush into anything so they’re taking things slow for now, but they’re both into each other.”
And a second source told the Daily Mail: "They are both into each other, but don't want to put a label on it yet."
However, the couple's romance is now official and has been shared on social media with overjoyed MAFS fans, who have shared sharing supportive comments.
"Good for them. Much better suited as a couple," one fan tweeted, while a second gushed: "Oh my, the best news ever. Loved the quality they both displayed on the show, wishing them the best."
A third added: "Not surprised, a good match. Really happy for them and great to see Duncan smiling."
Responding to another comment praising her and Rupert's continued friendship, Evelyn surmised: "No need for bad blood if you ask us xx."
