Married At First Sight (MAFS) fans are hoping we might have another post-show couple swap on our hands.
Since the show has officially wrapped, Jamie Marinos and Eliot Donovan have been collaborating on tongue-in-cheek TikTok videos and engaging in some flirty banter online, prompting rumours to swirl that these two are more than just friends.
Now, their MAFS co-star Carina Mirabile has weighed in on whether she thinks they would be a good match.
Although Carina says she doesn’t think anything too romantic has occurred between the pair so far, she reckons they’re a good fit together.
“I think they’re just good mates, I think she’s still, you know, going through the motions of her and Dave‘s relationship and probably just needs to keep dissecting that and probably grow from that,” Carina told Chattr.
“I think [Jamie and Eliot] suit each other. The only thing is, they’re in different states, so they’ve got to sort that out. But I think they look absolutely incredible together.
“They would make a good match.”
While fans are hoping the MAFS stars will get together, Jamie says she’s keeping her options open but does admit that things have become a bit “flirty-flirty” between them.
“Elliot and I were actually quite good friends in the experiment,” Jamie told PEDESTRIAN.TV.
“Since then, he’s been such a good support person — a friend.”
However, Jamie isn’t the only MAFS bride Eliot has collaborated with on TikTok since the show wrapped.
Eliot has been making content with Beth Kelly, Awhina Rutene and Jamie, whilst also taking the piss out of MAFS co-stars Dave Hand, Clint Rice, Jacqui Burfoot and Adrian Araouzou.
Now that MAFS is officially over for the year, I can’t wait to see what drama unfolds for the contestants off-screen and see if any other surprises romances pop up!
