Madonna has sparked more worry within her fan base after her latest odd TikTok video was described as "unsettling".
The music mega star shared a short 13-second upload ahead of the Grammys - before taking it down hours later.
It featured the Queen of Pop in a very see-thought black top with her hair separated into four braids.
A filtered Madonna sat with an eerie blank look on her face before slowly leaned in even closer to the camera until it was close up on her full lips.
She gradually sat back into her chair, leaving her fans confused and a bit concerned.
Her followers had no idea what was going on and some asked why she takes to the social media platform to post such bizarre clips.
It comes after Madonna's kids were said to be 'concerned' for their mum after she shared a series of 'disturbing pics'.
"This honestly scared me I’m not gonna lie," one follower wrote.
Another described the video as 'completely unsettling'.
A third posted: "Great! How am I supposed to close my eyes and fall asleep now!"
Some of her fans wish Madonna would go back to being, well, Madonna.
"I’m just going to remember how fabulous she was in the 90s. She was an icon," a user commented.
While another added: "I’ve loved Madonna since I was little … huge fan… love her … but this is a hard pass… what has she done to herself?"
The 63-year-old was pulled up by Instagram recently after she uploaded nearly a dozen pictures of herself laying and playing around in a bed.
In two of the shots, her nipple was exposed.
She then launched a scathing attack on the social media site for hauling her photos offline.
"I'm reposting photographs Instagram took down without warning or notification," the rant began.
"The reason they gave my management that does not handle my account was that a small portion of my nipple was exposed.
"It is still astounding to me that we live in a culture that allows every inch of a woman's body to be shown except a nipple. As if that is the only part of a woman's anatomy that could be sexualized.
"The nipple that nourishes the baby!"
