Madonna has been upstaged by her teenage son on social media as attention was finally diverted from the Queen of Pop.
The 63-year-old singer has caused much comment in recent days as she posed with less and less clothes on before sharing a fully nude throwback pic as part of her Valentine's Day celebrations.
Now all eyes are on her 16-year-old son, David Banda, who took the "curtain call" at an art event wearing a cheerleader outfit and huge horns on his head.
The Like A Virgin singer was loving the look and praised David on her Instagram, enthusing about him to her 17.6 million followers.
Madonna, who wore black heart-shaped sunglasses and a white lace dress, captioned the pics of David with: "Today isn't Monday……..It's Son Day!!! David at his curtain call And Art by Rhed!"
The art event also featured another of Madonna's sons, with 21-year-old Rocco Ritchie from her relationship with film director Guy Ritchie, exhibiting some of his work.
David was the stat turn though, wearing a black, purple and white cheerleader outfit with "Cheer" emblazoned across the chest as well as netted gloves, black leather choker and silver chains.
It is not the first time that Madonna has spoken with praise and delight about David, who she adopted in Malawi in 2006, as the singer told him she was "so proud of" him on his 16th birthday.
Madonna wrote, back in September: "David Banda!! I cannot believe you have grown into This Young Man! This Artist. This Athlete. This Articulate and Charismatic Human. Who knew when I met you at Home of Hope Orphanage in Malawi, drinking coke out of a baby bottle and wearing no diaper that you would become this force of nature? Happy Sweet Sixteen!"
As well as David and Rocco, Madonna has four other children - daughter Lourdes Leon, 25, with ex Carlos Leon; daughter Mercy, 16, who she adopted in 2007; and twin daughters Estere and Stella, nine, who she adopted in 2017.
