Madonna, 63, shows off her age-defying smooth complexion at WBA fight with son David, 16

Madonna showed off her age-defying complexion as she watched the WBA World Lightweight Championship at Brookyln's Barclays Centre for Davis vs Romero on Saturday.

The Material Girl singer looked decades younger than her 63 years as she rocked up wearing a black Balenciaga jacket, a pastel pink pair of sunglasses and her trademark hoop earrings.

Keeping her eyes firmly on the fight, Madonna enhanced her incredibly smooth visage with make-up and styled her platinum blonde hair in a poker straight middle parting.

Madonna completed her look with multiple silver chains including a tag, cross and heart.

Accompanying her to the event was her 16-year-old son David Banda, who looked effortlessly cool in a red V-neck top and layers on necklaces.

Madonna is very passionate about skincare, has her own MDNA skin care line, and even actively posts about it on her Instagram.

And, Tarin Graham, the expert behind her beauty, previously shared with E! how she got Madonna's skin to the next level.

She shared: "There are several anti-aging treatments I do on Madonna's skin, including microdermabrasion, photo facial treatment, micro-current and an oxygen treatment."

But despite her desire to achieve younger skin through treatments, Closer Magazine columnist, Amar Suchde told glowday.com she believes Madge has had numerous cosmetic procedures on her face.

Madonna has never admitted to having work done on her face, but it is highly suspected she has had collagen implants, Botox, and facial peels.

Meanwhile, her racy snaps caused her to be banned from going live on Instagram after continually breaking the app's rules with her nude posts, last week.

Madonna shared a video reacting to the decision as she declared: 'I've never worn so many clothes in my life."

She captioned the clip: ''Not Us!!!! violation of community guidelines……….''

Madonna was left bemused as to why her posts had been removed but she admitted it could be a delay in previous NFT videos.

The Like A Virgin singer has teamed up with digital artist, graphic designer, and animator Beeple to make the three NFT videos - also known as non-fungible tokens - which are not for the faint hearted.

Among the most graphic aspects of the clips are close-up shots of Madge's privates, which were created using scans of the singer.

There is no sign of the videos on her Instagram but she is yet to clear up whether it was those videos which were removed by herself or the social media platform.
