Made in Scotland Awards entry deadline extended

The entry deadline for this year's Made in Scotland Awards has been extended - but only until the end of this week.

If your company is innovating and making things in Scotland, then check the categories here and make sure you get your entry in by 6pm on Friday 31 March.

The event, in partnership with the National Manufacturing Institute Scotland (NMIS), is back for a seventh year.

Taking place on 18 May at the Glasgow Science Centre, it aims to champion all aspects of transformational discoveries and developments.

The judging panel is looking for both businesses and individuals that have found success either domestically, internationally - or both - to have their contributions recognised.

So if you haven't already, enter today and then join us at the ceremony to celebrate the finalists, view an exhibition of innovative companies and network with the nation's best and brightest - hosted by actor, comedian and writer Sanjeev Kohli.

Chris Courtney, chief executive of the NMIS Group, said: “The event is a brilliant opportunity to come together and celebrate manufacturing innovation and the innovators across the country who are devising more productive, sustainable, and cost-effective ways to create the products and services we need.

"It also provides an opportunity to build new relationships and forge collaborations with fellow forward-thinking people and organisations across the Scottish manufacturing community, allowing us all to accelerate innovation and deliver a positive impact for everyone.”
