Binky gave birth in the £5,900-a-night Lindo Wing Maternity Hospital in London which has seen the likes of Kate Middleton and Princess Diana give birth to their children.

Binky is already a proud mum to daughter India, five – whom she shares with ex Josh 'JP' Patterson, and one-year-old Wolfie, whom she shares with husband Max.

The reality star tied the knot with Max in front of her Made In Chelsea pals in a stunning ceremony in Kalami, Corfu, Greece in August 2021.

Binky announced she was expecting once again in November as she shared an adorable photo of her son Wolfie holding a pregnancy test with the French word 'enceinte' on, which translates to 'pregnant'.

As she posted the snap on her Instagram page, Binky wrote in the caption: "This was the picture we sent to close family & friends when we found out in France!

"I wish you could have seen Max & I furiously googling what ‘Enceinte’ meant … and don’t worry Mummy police - it’s obviously got a cap on".

During the third trimester of her pregnancy, Binky revealed she had been diagnosed with gestational diabetes.

Gestational diabetes is high blood sugar (glucose) that develops during pregnancy and usually disappears after giving birth, as stated on the NHS website.

It notes that it can cause problems during the pregnancy and afterwards, though assures "the risks can be reduced if the condition is detected early and well managed."

She shared the news as she posted a selfie of her in bed.

Opening up to fans, Binky wrote: "So it's been confirmed I am officially a 'GD Mum' as my friend who's also got Gestational Diabetes called it on the phone today after calling her immediatelly after finding out, asking her what the hell this all means!"
