Scottish commercial law firm MacRoberts has strengthened its corporate finance and employment practices with the promotion of two partners.
Bonar Mercer specialises in corporate law, focusing on transactional work including mergers, acquisitions and investments.
He advises on transactions across various sectors of the economy, with particular experience in healthcare, financial services and energy.
Kenny Scott is a Law Society of Scotland-accredited specialist in employment law and advises employers on on workplace disputes, discrimination matters, whistleblowing and employment data protection issues, as well as partnering with clients on restructurings, organisational change and the employment aspects of insolvency situations.
