Machine Gun Kelly expects his creative juices to start flowing again as he prepares to welcome his first child with Megan Fox.
The 34-year-old rap rocker - whose real name is Colson Baker - has revealed he is preparing to isolate himself in the desert to start his new album "from scratch", and suggested having another child will fill him with "inspiration".
MGK - who is already a father to daughter Casie, 15, with ex Emma Cannon - penned to X: “Isolating myself in the desert next week to restart this album from scratch.
“When inspiration flows through me unblocked, we will reach the destination in no time. Don’t worry.”
Speaking for the first time about becoming a dad again, he added: "After all, I’m about to be a dad again!”
Megan - who has Noah, 12, Bodhi, ten, and Journey, eight, with ex-husband Brian Austin Green - announced her pregnancy earlier this month by posting a photo of her naked body covered in black paint to reveal her blossoming baby bump and a snap of her positive pregnancy test.
Megan wrote on Instagram: "nothing is ever really lost. welcome back [baby and heart emojis] (sic)"
The little one will be a rainbow baby as Megan suffered a devastating miscarriage.
During an appearance on 'Good Morning America', she shared: "I’ve never been through anything like that in my life.
"I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us and it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately … trying to navigate, ‘What does this mean?’ and ‘Why did this happen?’"
MGK and 'Transformers' star Megan first met on the set of the 2021 crime thriller 'Midnight in the Switchgrass'.
And, in January 2022, Megan took to social media to announce their engagement.
Megan wrote on Instagram: "In July of 2020 we sat under this banyan tree. We asked for magic. We were oblivious to the pain we would face together in such a short, frenetic period of time. Unaware of the work and sacrifices the relationship would require from us but intoxicated off of the love. And the karma."
However, in March this year, she said on an episode of the 'Call Her Daddy' podcast that the pair had called off their engagement, but still referred to the musician as her "twin soul".
