Macaque pulls down woman's dress as she poses for picture at Bali monkey forest

A tourist was left red-faced when a wild monkey pulled down her tube dress while she was posing for pictures.

Sarah Wijohn, from New Zealand, was on a family holiday to Bali, Indonesia, to celebrate her 21st birthday when the group of relatives visited a forest on May 29.

The clip, captured by her family, shows Sarah sitting on a wooden bench when a monkey climbed upon her and sat on her lap.

She smiles and tilts her head at the camera despite the monkey is too busy having a scratch on its leg.

When they were almost finished and the monkey appeared to be leaving, the mischievous primate turned back and grabbed on to her black tube dress, revealing her strapless nude-coloured bra.

Sarah burst into laughter as she quickly covered her chest to protect her modesty.

The cheeky macaque then quickly scurried away.

It's said the unexpected incident happened at the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary, which is the natural habitat of Balinese long-tailed monkey.

Sarah's mother Katrina said: "We had a good laugh because of the monkey.

"Overall, our Bali stay has been amazing."
