Work has been scheduled for a busy stretch of road in Belfast, starting from Friday.
The M2 'Hill Section' will have various closures in place for the next two weekends as major maintenance is carried out.
The Department for Infrastructure said the northbound carriageway between the Greencastle and Sandyknowles junctions (two and four) would see some disruption.

The work is to replace deeper layers of road pavement.
The department said that in order to carry out the maintenance, "road and lane closures will be necessary during the weekends of June 17-20 and 1 - 4 July 1-4".
It added that it had planned the traffic management necessary to "minimise inconvenience to the public", but warned drivers to allow extra time for their journeys and that alternative routes would be signposted.
The lane closures that will be put in place are:
- From 9.00 pm on Friday June 17 until 9.00 am on Saturday June 18 the road will be fully closed on the northbound side;
- From 9.00 am on Saturday June 18 until 6.00 am on Monday June 20 there will be one lane available on the northbound side;
- From 9.00 pm on Friday July 1 until 9.00 am on Saturday July 2 the road will be fully closed on the northbound side;
- From 9.00 am on Saturday July 2 until 7.00 pm on Saturday July 2 there will be one lane available on the northbound side;
- From 7.00 pm on Saturday July 2 until 10.00 am on Sunday July 3 the road will be fully closed on the northbound side;
- From 10.00 am on Sunday July 3 until 7.00 pm on Sunday July 3 there will be one lane available on the northbound side;
- From 7.00 pm on Sunday July 3 until 6.00 am on Monday July 4 the road will be fully closed on the northbound side;
- From 11.00 pm on Monday July 4 until 6.00 am on Tuesday July 5 the road will be fully closed on the northbound side;
During these periods a diversion route will be signposted from M2 Junction 2 (Greencastle) to M2 Junction 4 (Sandyknowes) and will include M5 Northbound, A2 Shore Road, B513 Station Road, B513 O'Neill Road, Prince Charles Way, and B90 Ballyhenry Road.
The department said the works being completed by July 5 is subject to good weather conditions and that any change to that would result in the public being informed.
