Marks and Spencer shoppers have fallen head over heels for a new summer dress, many say is not only "flattering" but also "perfect for the hot weather". The frock pleasing customers is the high-street retailer's 'stunning' Linen Rich Printed Round Neck Shift Dress.
The dress is currently on sale for £27.50 and comes in a range of sizes, starting from six to 24. The "bold maximalist printed" gown also comes in three different colours: blue and white, black and white and mixed
It also is available in three different lengths, depending on which size shoppers chose, including short, regular and long. In Marks and Spencer's promo pictures of the blue and white version of the dress, a model can be see wearing it with a beige straw hat and bag.
A description of the dress on the Marks and Spencer website reads: "A minimalist design with a bold maximalist print, this linen-rich shift dress is a truly stand-out piece. It’s made in a regular fit and falls to an easy knee length.
"A round neck and a sleeveless cut give a timeless feel. M&S Collection: easy-to-wear wardrobe staples that combine classic and contemporary styles." Many customers pointed out how "versatile" the dress is, also claiming it can easily be dressed up or down for day or night wear.
Others also mentioned its lightweight and loose fabric, which makes for a "comfortable wear" and makes it "perfect" for the hot summer weather. Currently, the dress has an impressive 4.4 out of five star rating, with 92 five star reviews from people who selected the "Yes, I recommend this" option.
Vess commented: "Lovely dress for day or evening looks love with tan sandals and bag." Oldiceskated added: "A lovely soft linen fabric which is also a good weight and quality.
"The dress is really comfortable with plenty of room for movement and keeping you cool in the hot summer days. I didn’t find 5is dress creased hardly at all which was a surprise for linen. The length is good on me and rests just on the knee."
