Marks & Spencer shoppers are going nuts for a popular set of garden chairs that are currently 25 per cent off.
The sunny weather means it's once again time to enjoy the outdoors and what better way to soak up the sun than in your own back garden. The high street retailer's set of two Lois Garden Armchairs have been reduced from £149 to £111.75 for the pair and come in five colours, which cater to both vibrant and toned down tastes.
Available in dark grey, brown, teal, green or hot pink, the snazzy set has gone down a treat with M&S customers, with many praising their comfort and value. With the sale price, each chair works out at just under £56 each and are available to buy on the M&S website.
The outdoor furniture has a 4.8 out of five star rating on the store's site, based on more than 50 shopper reviews. As reported by Chronicle Live, one verdict read: "Very comfortable chairs , good value, would recommend."
"I love these chairs - stylish, comfortable, good and solid and easy to assemble too! Very pleased with them," said a five star rating.
A third penned: "Gorgeous colour and surprisingly comfortable to sit in". While a fourth said: "Very easy to put together with clear instructions. A robust yet elegant chair."
"Absolutely love these chairs, they're extremely comfortable and look great in our garden," another M&S shopper said.
A matching Lois Garden Coffee Table is available from M&S for £74.25, or alternatively a Lois Garden Nest of Tables, each of which also currently have 25% off and are now priced at £74.25. However, if you're thinking of getting a matching set, bear in mind that the tables are only available in dark grey, green or teal - bad news if you're a lover of all things pink.
One person pointed this out in their review, writing to M&S: "I got the pink chairs and I don't understand why you don’t have the garden table in the same colour. You just offer the green, grey, etc. but not pink and that is not great."
If you're looking for further additions to your garden to complete the look, M&S paired the chairs with a Geometric Outdoor Rug, priced at £124, or the Tropical Print Outdoor Cushions for an extra pop of colour which cost £25 a pair.
As a finishing touch, M&S suggested adding in the Citronella Light Up Candle, which costs £10. The candle comes equipped with colour changing technology for an eye-catching display, while the citrus scent helps to ward off insects.
One especially happy shopper who loved her new candle said: "I loved this candle so much that I indulgently went back to the shop and bought five more!"
M&S isn't the only high street retailer that has slashed prices on garden furniture just in time for summer. Aldi is currently offering outdoor seating at reduced prices, while The Range has also knocked up to 35 per cent off outdoor living essentials online.
