Loose Women viewers were in tears today as the programme paid tribute to former panelist Lynda Bellingham ahead of its 20th anniversary.
Lynda had been just 66 when she tragically died of cancer on October 19 2014.
She had appeared on the ITV daytime show from 2007 until 2011, but confirmed in 2013 that she had been diagnosed with colorectal cancer.
Less than a year later Lynda said that her cancer had spread to her lungs and liver and that she had only months to live.
In August 2014 she announced that she would stop her chemotherapy in November so that she could spend one last Christmas with her family. Tragically she died two months before the festive period.

Today, Loose Women aired a montage of clips showing her best bits, leaving fans in floods of tears.
One tweeted: "Linda Bellingham tribute :) she was too nice to be on #LooseWomen."
While another commented: "#LooseWomen so sad when Lynda passed away. She had just found the man of her dreams and had everything going for her and so loved she will never be forgotten such a lovely lady x."

A third remarked: "Tearing up at Lynda #loosewomen."
"Poor Lynda #LooseWomen," another wrote.
A viewer commented: "Lynda was the best #loosewomen, always honest and didn't take any s*** from anyone."
Another tweeting crying emojis, writing: "Lynda."
