A large and luxurious superyacht can be rented for luxury holidays - so long as you have a fair bit of cash.
Despite the fact they're unnecessary and awful for the environment, mega yachts have become a must-have means of flaunting wealth for billionaires across the world.
Generally the massive ultra-liners are the preserve of those who run oil companies, gambling empires and fintech firms.
Happily for those looking to indulge in a bit of luxury, a firm sailing in the Adriatic are bumping up the luxury offerings on older ships at a lower price point.
The Croatia-based superyacht Freedom began its life as a cabin cruiser, sailing across the country's beautiful islands.
Nowadays the ship's owners rent out 11 cabins and serve meals on board, allowing passengers to tuck into some tasty Mediterranean food as they glide across the sea.
A £1.3million refurbishment earlier this year has brought the 48 metre yacht up to a very glitzy standard, with features including a massage suite, cinema and wellness area, CNN reports.
It also has a sun deck, hot tub, plunge pool, bar and fitness room, as well as an inflatable slide, electric surfboards and water scooters for those who like to play in the sea.
The four-deck Freedom is served by 11 members of staff, ensuring their every whim and fancy are met.
The yacht's offering is novel in the market in that its rented out to single groups of up to 22 guests.
Introductory charter rates for the Freedom started at 80,000 euros (£67,000) for a week, plus the cost of food and drink.
That means a group of 22 could rent out the yacht for £3,000 each - which is a lot, but not a price tag that only billionaires can afford.
Three more yachts offered by the same charter company are being completely refurbished for fully private charters by the 2023 season.
In other superyacht news, eyes have been drawn this week to the Stella del Sud - a ship named after a famous diamond owned by Cartier.
The dark black and silver ship has enormous windows all around the sides to let in light while the 110m superyacht also includes three swimming pools that flow down into each other along the deck.
Other premium features highlighted in concept images include “waterfall” swimming pools, glasswork sides, a beach area and even a helipad.
