Luxury dessert restaurant chain Haute Dolci is to open its latest site along Manchester's famous Curry Mile. The new Haute Dolci, famous for its opulent interiors and mouth-watering array of desserts, will open in Rusholme on Sunday, October 16.
The first images of the new restaurant, on Wilmslow Road, have been released as bosses put the final touches to the restaurant ahead of a soft launch week of "memorable dining and entertainment". Bosses say the new opening will create 40 jobs for the local economy.
Haute Dolci may be familiar to many in Manchester for its large restaurant in an imposing site at the top of The Orient in the Trafford Centre. It also has sites across the UK in towns and cities including Bolton, Edinburgh, Leeds, Preston and at Cheshire Oaks.

Imran Khan is restaurant manager for Haute Dolci in Manchester. He said: “We are extremely excited to be building on Haute Dolci’s presence in the city of Manchester and making our renowned dishes available to even more diners.
"We can't wait to kick things off with our grand opening and get to know the community that will enjoy the restaurant in the future.”
The restaurant is known for its array of decadent desserts and ice creams, but also serves brunch dishes and sandwiches, and is open from 5pm until 11pm on evenings for those in need of an evening sweet treat. Signature dishes include huge sharing chocolate fondues from £15, pancake stacks, cookie dough, ice cream sundaes and waffles as well as build-your-own dessert combos.
There's also a full range of soft drinks, hot chocolates, mocktails and milkshakes on the menu. They will also be offering click and collect for takeaway orders.
To mark the new Manchester launch, the restaurant will be hosting one of its "famous" key hunts with clues for customers to find on social media. Each lucky key holder will then become a Haute Dolci loyalty club member with access to a range of benefits, including a 25% discount across the whole menu.
The restaurant is at 23-25 Wilmslow Road, Rusholme, and will open to the public from Sunday October 16.
