We've all seen the little huts that line the shores of our beaches - and if you're lucky enough, you may have even used one to make the most of your seaside holiday.
As demand for the huts has skyrocketed, so has the price, and one particularly stylish hut is currently available to be rented out for an eyewatering £1200-a-week during peak season.
Simply named The Beach Hut, the property is located in Abersoch, North Wales, and will set you back exactly £1259 if you book it out for a week in the middle of July and August - when people will most likely be heading to the beaches.

Alternatively, a week's stay in late April, May, or June will cost you around half that with a price tag of £649.
While you might think that's not too bad for a property that's literally on the beachfront, there is one big catch - you can't stay in the hut overnight.
Booking site Menai Holiday Cottages lists several times on their website that there is "strictly no overnight stay", the Daily Mail reports, and the beach hut doesn't include any bedrooms or even a bathroom.
However, your money will net you a "superb location to relax and make the most of Abersoch's coastline", as well as lockable storage, a kitchenette, and a living area with chairs and a sofa.
The listing on the booking site reads: "The Beach Hut is a marvellous addition to a selected property that serves as a superb location to relax and make the most of Abersoch's coastline.
"When you arrive at the hut, head into the open-plan living space to fix up a quick treat at the kitchenette, to be enjoyed at the dining table or outside, amid the sea breeze on the decking.
"The hut offers lockable storage, where you can keep your own equipment but also find a handy barbecue to rustle up grilled delights outside.
"The hut is the perfect spot to bring and launch your boat, so you can sail Abersoch's gorgeous waters to your heart's content and experience those panoramic, sea views first-hand."
The beach hut is also billed as the "perfect add-on for a coastal stay", providing you also have the cash to splash on a nearby hotel for the week.
Beach huts on the Abersoch coastline are a hot commodity though, with neighbouring huts having been sold for record-breaking prices of up to £200,000.
In fact, according to the Daily Mail, residents of Abersoch have even said families in the area have been priced out by people snapping up coastal properties as second homes.
