Luke Williams has insisted that his side need to find their confidence following their second consecutive draw on the road against Gateshead, a game they were lucky to come away from with a point.
The Magpies looked set for their first National League defeat after Kyle Cameron's back pass found the feet of Tom Allan who curled the ball beyond Sam Slocombe.
However, two minutes from time, Aaron Nemane's burst into the box resulted in Louis Storey turning the ball into his own goal, gifting Notts another point after a underwhelming performance in the North East.

Speaking after the game, Williams insisted that his side need to find their confidence, after giving the ball away on numerous occasions as Gateshead looked to exploit the Notts defence with their high press.
"The opposition made it very difficult, they were well prepared and spent so much energy pressing us," said Williams.
"We need to find the confidence to go out and play against every opposition, but we're unbeaten and had some difficult moments and we should have won the game, and won at the weekend.
"We need to improve and practice what we do because to say we are going to rip up what we are doing and playing so safe and clear the ball at every opportunity is something we will not do."
Both Macauley Langstaff and Cedwyn Scott made their return to Gateshead since joining Notts in the summer, with Scott making another appearance from the substitutes bench.
When asked about Scott's potential inclusion in the starting line-up, Williams said: "Hopefully sooner rather than later, but he is struggling to get up to speed.
"The worst thing for me would be for him to break down, so I need to be sure that he is ready to play but to get him on the pitch today was really important and you could see with some of his actions, he had so much quality."
Another defensive mistake ultimately cost Notts once again, with Cameron guilty of under-hitting a pass just 13 seconds into the second half.
But Williams was quick to defend his captain, insisting he will bounce back from his mistake, starting from the minute after conceding the goal.
"It's a team game and we had many opportunities to score, and then we are not under pressure like that at the back," Williams said.
"Cammy (Cameron) is playing in a different position tonight so he was adjusting to that a little bit, but of course it is a mistake but he is strong and will come back from that.
"You saw in the game he didn't shy away from his responsibilities and continued to play very well."
