Luke Williams has explained that forward Luther Munakandafa must learn to understand the requirements of becoming a first-team player at Notts County following his exciting start on-loan at Basford United.
The 18-year-old joined the Northern Premier League on loan from the Magpies at the start of the season and is expected to return to Meadow Lane on the 11th of December.
Since arriving at Greenwich Avenue, the youngster has become an integral part of Mark Clifford's side, starring in their FA Cup third qualifying round win over Boston United, scoring in extra-time.

Munakandafa will get to show his qualities against National League opposition in the fourth qualifying round, with Basford drawn away to Solihull Moors next weekend.
Speaking about Munakandafa's loan move so far, Williams remains in close contact with the winger as he still trains with Notts but reiterated that he must understand the requirements expected of him if he is to break in to the Notts County first-team.
"Yeah, he still trains with us for a couple of days in the week," said Williams.
"Luther is very talented with the ball we know that, and we are happy because he needs to go and express himself, but he also needs to understand where that 100% lives, and the requirements of being a regular first-team player, he needs to understand that.
"Slowly, he can get there. It is a good loan for us and for him and we are happy that he is doing well, and we hope he can add some things to his game and come back to us and show us he is more capable of playing for the first-team."
