Luis Palma has thanked his new manager for showing faith in him to perform.
The winger joined Olympiacos on loan from Celtic in the January transfer window.
The Honduran made his debut as the Greek giants brushed off Panserraikos in an easy 4-0 victory on Sunday.
After making a decent start to life in a Hoops jersey, Palma found game time difficult to come by under Brendan Rodgers.
When Jota was re-signed late on in the transfer window last month, that saw the end for Palma at Celtic - well, for the time being.
The Portuguese forward took the number seven from Palma though, so it remains to be seen if he will return to the Scottish Premiership champions in the summer.

Palma was grateful to his new boss, Jose Luis Mendilibar, after finally making his first appearance for Olympiacos.
And in an eye-catching interview, Palma admitted he had been looking for 'trust' for a while.
He told Nova Sports: "It was an opportunity I was anxiously waiting for a chance this season. I thank the coach for the trust. I have been waiting for that.
"We knew it was important to score a quick goal to get the win and we did it. I will try to give my best and help the team achieve its goals, providing goals and assists."
