Luis Diaz is expected to miss around 8 to 10 weeks of action having been forced off at the Emirates Stadium with a knee injury.

With Darwin Nunez suffering from some teething problems during the opening few months of his Liverpool career and Mohamed Salah struggling for form, it has fallen on Diaz and Roberto Firmino to lead the attacking line.
