Lucy Mecklenburgh has revealed that she and Ryan Thomas finally have a name for their baby girl. Former The Only Way Is Essex star Lucy and ex Corrie actor Ryan announced that they had welcomed their second child on May 31.
The loved-up couple announced they were expecting again in November and in February they revealed they were awaiting the arrival of a daughter. And now Lucy, 30, and Ryan, 38, have settled on a name.
Lucy shared it on Instagram with a sweet photo of her daughter appearing to smile for the camera with the caption: "Yay!! I finally have a name!!! Lilah Rae Thomas." Her Instagram followers rushed to tell her they love the name.

Catherine Tyldesley, who played Eva Price in Coronation Street and recently welcomed a baby daughter named Iris, said: "Can’t deal." Billie Faiers, who is expecting her third child with husband Greg Shepherd, said: "Beautiful."
Family friend Matt Peacock said: "Beautiful name x" And kerrylouisetucker wrote: "Beautiful girl and a beautiful name." Lucy also shares two-year-old son Roman with Ryan, who played builder Jason Grimshaw on Coronation Street.
They welcomed their first child in March 2020 just before the UK went into lockdown. The pair got engaged in summer 2019 in the Italian cliffside village of Positano on the Amalfi Coast during a romantic trip to Italy, with Roman's middle name Ravello being a nod to the special time.
Last month Ryan, who also has a 13-year-old daughter Scarlett with his ex Tina O'Brien, who plays Sarah Barlow in Corrie, shared his worry about his and Lucy's impending arrival as he took part in ITV show The Games. The star joined several other famous faces, including Colson Smith who plays the soap's PC Craig Tinker, as they competed in a series of sporting challenges after months of training.
Alongside the first beautiful image showing their daughter's tiny hand Lucy posted a pink double heart emoji. And earlier this month she posted a snap of herself breastfeeding while tucking into a pizza just after giving birth.
"Our first meal together 10 days ago!! Nothing beats the first meal after birth and Tea & toast wasn’t going to cut it," she wrote. And she asked her followers: "What did u eat post birth?"
To mark Ryan's first Father's Day as a dad of two she shared a photo of the actor opening a gift alongside their children. Happy Father's Day Ryan Thomas," she wrote.
