Lucy Kennedy viewers were quick to praise the presenter after a doctor recommended that she get Botox.
Virgin Media viewers tuned into the second episode of Lucy Investigates last night. This week's instalment of the show saw the beloved presenter explore the world of cosmetic surgery in Ireland.
During one segment of the show, Lucy visited Dr Patrick Treacy, who is well-known for treating singer Michael Jackson. Patrick explained the history of Botox and cosmetic surgery to Lucy before suggesting work she should get work done to change her facial features such as the "pads underneath your eyes".

"I thought I was a bit of a ride," Lucy joked before Patrick looked at her forehead and suggested Botox that would be "routine for most people". A number of viewers were clearly unhappy with Patrick's tips for Lucy, taking to Twitter to tell the 46-year-old TV host that she looks perfect the way she is.
One person said: "I can’t believe he said Botox is an obvious one for you, she looks great for her age."
Another wrote: "You're an absolute ride @KennedyLucy Don't mind yer man. The neck of him."
The rest of the episode saw Lucy meet people like Ava Van Rose who opened up about the realities of having work performed on her body. She told Lucy: "If I'm honest with you there's nothing perfect about it.
"It's a constant upkeep and it's not as glamorous as people perceive it to be at all. Constant expense. Constantly feeling less than, never happy. It's awful.
"But there's a constant mentality of never feeling good enough. You always feel like you need more."
Ava revealed that she's had "two boob jobs, two bum jobs". She added: "I had a liposuction, I had tummy tuck, I had work done to my vagina. I've had work done to my face, I've had my lips, my teeth done. I've basically changed everything about myself."
