Luca Bish celebrated a major 'first' with Gemma Owen, just days before their split, with the photo taken of them at the time proving to be their final one as a couple.
Luca and Gemma found romance in front of millions of viewers over the summer, as they went into the Love Island villa, before getting together and making it all the way to the final, despite a few bumps in the road, By the time filming wrapped, they hadn't made things 'official,' but eventually became a proper couple, when Luca asked Gemma to be his girlfriend with a very romantic gesture.
As well as appearing on each other's Instagram grids, Michael Owen's daughter Gemma and Brighton fishmonger Luca have also been spotted at various events since their time on Love Island, including a football match, as Luca cheered on his beloveds Tottenham Hotspur. However. their relationship is now over, with Gemma the one to make the announcement on Wednesday evening, taking to Insta to write: "To all my followers, I wanted to let you know that Luca and I are no longer in a relationship. It wasn't an easy decision but ultimately this is what is best for us both right now.

"Many of you have been on this journey with us from the beginning, and I wanted to thank you for your continued support as we start our new chapters."
Their breakup, which Luca has now spoken out on, comes, loess than two weeks after Luca posted a very loved up photo of him and Gemma enjoying their first Bonfire Night together as couple. Sharing a photo of him with his arm around Gemma in front of a fire, Luca wrote: " Experiencing another first with you @gemowen_1 - Bonfire night," with a tick emoji next to the caption.
Since news of Luca and Gemma's break-up was made public, fans have been going into the comments thread of the post with some rather sarcastic remarks. One replied: " didn’t age well," while a second wrote: "First and last. get in the bin."
Taking aim at Luca and Gemma's relationship, one critic commented: "We was never that much into you... all a show," with another telling him: "sad y’all broke up but Luca deserves the world he seems so genuine."
