The start of another women’s college basketball season is here and Kim Mulkey already might have worn her flashiest outfit yet.
The LSU women’s basketball coach is a controversial figure in the sport, as her views on COVID-19 testing and her silence on Brittney Griner’s unlawful detainment by Russia made headlines over the last few years. Mulkey is also known in the college basketball sphere for her over-the-top outfits and unique looks.
On Monday, before LSU’s season opener in Las Vegas against the Colorado Buffaloes, Mulkey debuted quite the extravagant suit to honor the city. Covering nearly the entire outfit is iconography associated with the city of Las Vegas, from dice to cards and poker chips to slot machines!
