Love Saves the Day 2023: Best-dressed gallery from day one

Revellers arrived in a wide variety of colourful and impressive outfits for the first day of Bristol's biggest festival.

Love Saves the Day's festival-goers did not disappoint as they descended on Ashton Gate yesterday.

From the lads who just wear their sports shorts and no top to the girls that go all out with the glitter, tutus and bright colours, there really is a mix of everything. With the weather having been so warm on day one, it’s no surprise that many were out wearing bikini tops, crop tops and shorts, even sunbathing in the sun.

One group of people, who had travelled all the way from Yeovil, understood the assignment when it came to dressing in the festival vibe. Bradley, Emilia and Becky were all wearing brightly-coloured tutus from Amazon and along with his sling, Bradley had even stolen his girlfriend’s top to wear. Each to their own I guess.

Others went even further and went full out glitz and glamour. These two ladies came dressed to the nines with sparkly bodysuits, jackets and even amazingly bejewelled hats. Another woman who wanted to get in on the tutu vibe also went all out but this time with the colour of pink and blue.

This young couple from Melksham, were definitely looking forward to the day and had dressed not just for the festival vibe but also for comfort. While he was wearing clothes from his normal wardrobe, she had bought hers from a high clothing brand.

With the amount of effort people put in on day one, those attending day two have a lot to live up to.
