AN iconic Glasgow pub - which is part of the city's subway crawl - has revealed its exciting new outdoor beer garden.
The Laurieston has taken to social media to reveal its new outdoor area where punters can enjoy an "ice-cold pint" in the sunshine.
In pictures posted by the venue, chairs and tables have been installed outside the bar, as well as benches for customers to sit on.
Located on Bridge Street in the Gorbals, the boozer is known for remaining virtually unchanged since the 1960s.
In the post, the watering hole said: "Lovely day for it at The Laurieston as we open up our brand new beer garden.
"Come on down for an ice-cold pint in the sunshine."
Fans of the pub flocked to the comments of the post to share their excitement of the news.
One said: "Should have been done years ago."
Another added: "Best pub in Glasgow!"
A third said: "Love it."
In March this year, the famous Glasgow pub - which was owned by the same family for more than four decades - was sold to a "private buyer".
