Love Island winners: Where are they now?

It's that time of year again. The sun has reared its head, ice-cream vans have parked themselves on your drives and the Love Island claxons have chimed again. The ITV show, hosted by Laura Whitmore and Iain Stirling, sees sweethearts placed in a villa where they see if they're able to find their perfect someone.

The series, which is making a comeback in June, has launched the relationships (and careers) of a number of personalities. The new series will still be located in Mallorca, but back in February, ITV confirmed it would be a different villa to what has been seen before.

The villa is known to be a fantastic opportunity for people looking for love. But how many of those couples stayed together? Fear not, we have the answer.

Jessica Hayes and Max Morley

The first winners of Love Island's new format in 2015. Despite not being favourites to win, Jessica and Max claimed the title during the revival’s first series. Jess famously had a rivalry with fellow contestant Naomi Ball. But are the pair still together to this day?

The history books don't always bode well for Love Island couples and Jess and Max are no different. The couple split after the show and Jess now has a young son. Proactive on social media, Jess can be seen working with brands like Miss Pap. Max, meanwhile, has had a slightly more colourful love life since leaving the villa. He has dated the likes of Geordie Shore’s Charlotte Crosbie, Laura Anderson and Zara Holland.

Jess reportedly has a higher net-worth than Max, with £1.1 million to Max’s £700K. This is likely due to her lucrative brand deals on social media.

In one of those rare occurrences, Nathan and Cara have defied the odds and are still together to this day. Not only are these two love-birds together, but they are also married with two children. Despite their marriage, it hasn’t exactly been plain sailing for Nathan and Cara as they have split and reconciled multiple times.

With a combined net worth of £1.3 million, the pair have occasionally made appearances on The Only Way is Essex.

Amber Davies and Kem Cetinay

The one that we’ve all heard of. This Love Island power-couple have made multiple TV appearances since leaving the villa. Even thought they're no longer together, each of them has been very successful.

Despite splitting up just five months after winning, Kem has gone on to appear in shows such as Dancing on Ice and also, recently presented an ITV mental health campaign with fellow Love Island winner, Amber Gill.

Welsh star Amber, meanwhile, has swapped the TV lights for the stage lights and most recently, featured in the musical adaptation of Nine to Five alongside Louise Redknapp. She no doubt has a prosperous musical career ahead of her.

Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham

Another successful couple (even though they’re no longer together), Jack and Dani seemed unstoppable in the villa. The pair were partnered with each other on day one and stayed together until the end of the series. Following Love Island, the pair even bagged their own spin-off, aptly titled Jack & Dani: Life After Love Island.

Nothing lasts forever though and the pair split in 2019. Dani now works with her father (TV’s Danny Dyer) on podcast, Sorted With The Dyers. Jack, meanwhile, has gone on to have his own child with ex Casey Ranger. He is now in a relationship with TOWIE star Frankie Sims.

Amber Gill and Greg O’Shea

These two should never have been coupled together. Amber and Greg got together as a late-addition to the series. After the series ended, Greg apparently dumped Amber over the phone just weeks after winning the £50,000.

Both have maintained a healthy relationship with social media and regularly post about various things they’re working on. Amber recently started a YouTube channel.

Finn Tapp and Paige Turley

Winners of series six, Paige Turley and Finley Tapp (PA)

Good news for fans of Finn and Paige - the couple are still together. Viewers watched the relationship between the first ever winners of Winter Love Island blossom into something beautiful in the villa.

In 2020, following their win, the couple plummeted straight into lockdown and were forced to live with each other. They still live together to this day.

Millie Court and Liam Reardon

And we reach the latest winning couple - Millie and Liam. The couple had somewhat of a rocky road in the villa but despite this, won an equal share of the £50,000 prize last summer.

The couple, who now live together, join the small group of people that stayed in relationship following the series’ end.

Love Island returns on Monday, June 6 at 9pm on ITV2
