The Love Island villa has erupted after Zach called out Mitchel’s “snakey” antics, leading to the boys coming to blows over Kady.
In tonight’s episode, viewers see the Islanders take part in the ‘Tasty and Naughty dinner, but for two couples, the evening doesn’t go as anticipated.
Sammy and Whitney’s date ended up leaving them disappointed, while Zach and Kady’s dinner also fell flat.
Mitchel spoke to Kady about her date with Zach, and questioned how she really felt about the boys in the villa.
He stunned the newcomer by admitting she was still in his top three girls, and risked angering Zach by telling Kady what he said following their dismal date.
“You shouldn’t have closed your door too early. The reason why I grabbed you was because Zach just went ‘yeah it was a bit dry, the conversations not getting better’…” Mitchel stated.
Upset, Kady grabbed Zach for chat, and confronted him over the cringey comments.
“I think out of all of our conversations that was our most awkward. What are your thoughts?” she asked.
“Definitely in the same sort of ball park. It was definitely our most awkward conversation,” he replied.
Frustrated, Kady told Zach she wasn’t wasting her time being with someone who she wasn’t compatible with, and put her foot down.
“I’m not going to waste all my energy on you if I don’t see something working on the outside…I think we’re different,” she fired.
But Mitchel’s tell-tale drama caused trouble in the villa, as Zach pulled him in for a chat regarding his conversation with Kady the night before.
Gently warning Mitchel he would’ve liked some prior warning that he was going to ‘fess up to Kady, Zach said: “You don’t want people to go around saying snakey sh*t.”
He quizzed Mitchel over what was said in the conversation, with the Yorkshire lad left red-faced and bumbling after being called out for his shady antics.
“Did you tell Kady I said our chat was dry?” Zach demanded, with Mitchel forced to apologise for speaking out of line.
But the personal trainer refused to accept his apology, and caused friction in the villa by accusing Mitchel of “throwing me in it” with “dumb drama”.
“I hate any irrational dumb drama, you’ve really thrown me in it, anytime we’ve had an issue it’s come from your side,” he fumed.
Love Island airs tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX
