Love Island viewers quick to praise contestant Dami Hope during Sunday night's instalment after he revealed how he shared a kiss with his male best friend.
Bombshell Ekin-SuCülcüloglu led Islanders into the garden towards the end of the episode, before declaring: "I have a brilliant idea guys - I want to play the game 'Never Have I Ever'. Rules are you drink if you have."
Viewers then saw each contestant grab a glass of champagne before they sat in a circle in the garden.
The 27-year old then began the game with the statement: "Never have I ever kissed the same sex."
As several of the girls took to the booze, Italian Davide Sanclimenti instantly noticed Dami - who was sat next to him - was also taking a sip.
"Did you?" he asked in anticipation causing the rest of the group to gasp in unison.
"Yeah he was my best friend though!" Dami, 26, proudly responded.
"I'd do it again. I'd do it right now. I wouldn't care," he added.
Viewers then saw him in the Beach Hut telling cameras: "I'm really proud of it."
The confession caused quite a stir on social media, with one Twitter user commenting: "Dami being so open about kissing his friend is actually so sexy, it's so refreshing seeing men who aren't consumed with toxic masculinity.
Another added similarly: "Dami saying he kissed his friend and would do it again, he really said f*** toxic masculinity and I love that!"
A third wrote: "Dami being confident in himself and not defending why he kissed his male best friend because there's nothing wrong with it has Davide shaking."
A fourth said: "Dami being proud of kissing his best friend is iconic and I love it."
It's not the first time this series Dami's comments have caused shockwaves.
In his VT, which was pre-recorded before the show kicked off, he said that he has a "heart-shaped" mark on his penis.
"Basically, I have this gift or something, I have this like birthmark shaped heart on my penis and usually like the way it goes, whenever I tell a girl, 'Oh, I have that', they don't believe me... and then I show them, I call it my love stick!" he revealed.
