Love Island viewers not impressed as heads turn within hours of Casa Amor returning

The long-awaited drama-inducing relationship test - and fan favourite - has returned to Love Island's winter edition and heads are already being turned. On Sunday, February 12, viewers saw the girls secretly packing up their essentials to leave the Villa and enter Casa Amor to await new arrivals. But just hours after this twist, it seems several Islanders may have their head turned - and some of them have shocked viewers.

Casa Amor sees the original boys and girls seperated and introduced to new bombshells. As six new boys entered Casa Amor on Sunday night in the hope of turning some heads, Monday's episode saw six new girls enter the original Villa - and towards the end of the episode, viewers saw not one but two boys having their heads potentially turned.

Ron, who is currently coupled up with Lana, was seen telling the boys: "Right, so there's one for me that I feel like I would... I find pretty attractive. This is going to be a fun couple of days." Later, it was revealed that girl was Sanam Harrinanan as fans saw the cheeky chappy pulling her for a chat.

Complimenting the 24-year-old social worker on her dimples, Ron added: "It's hard in here. I like flirting. I'm a flirty person. I like getting to know people. It gets me into trouble.

"Everyone needs a bit of trouble in their life. If I get to know another girl that surpasses what I had then I'm going to allow it to happen. We joke about it, but we ain't girlfriend and boyfriend."

Viewers were not happy with the financial advisor from Essex, who has already been in their bad books after having his head turned not once but twice before. Read more on that here. Many took to Twitter to voice their rage at this new development.

User @Ladywhistledwn_ wrote: "Ron you’ve played enough games #loveisland", while @bbloudmouth added: "The producers really didn’t want Ron to be tempted but he’d leave Lana for a plant if he could #loveisland." @Torie_Homer added: "The fact Ron’s head is turning again for these Casa Amor girls is really not a shock.. this is Ronald McDonald after all and anyone who thought he’d changed after Casey are delusional #LoveIsland"

However, it seems that wasn't the only drama as at the end of Monday's episode a trailer showed a plot twist: farmer Will Young making a move on new girl Layla Al-Momani. After seeing the pair bonding over their link with farming, viewers saw a teaser for Tuesday night's episode in which Will - who is currently coupled up with and seemingly besotted by Aussie Jessie - and Layla agree to share a bed.

@thenjerisamuel wrote: "Will?! We were all rooting for you!!! #loveIsland #notwill"

A third, @KatYoung38 added: "Oh Will you've disappointed us all #LoveIsland"

It seems that it's not just the boys in the Love Island Villa who are being tested. Earlier in the episode, 23-year-old Tanya Manhenga was seen getting to know new boy Martin Akinola.

It comes after she and 24-year-old Shaq Muhammad, who Tanya is currently coupled up with, got into a heated discussion over Shaq's attitude when he called out Ron for not helping the boys clean up after they cooked three course meals for the girls - and it did not impress the biomedical science student, with her citing it gave her the 'ick'.

After entering the Casa Amor house, Tanya told the boys: "I’m coupled up with Shaq, me and him have been like this [crossing her fingers] from the beginning, instant connection. In the last few days we have had arguments and I was a bit like 'hmm'” before adding: “We’ve kind of left it on ‘we will see’.”

Later on, Martin was seen talking to Tanya on the day beds and told her: "I think you're being held down here. You're not exploring. You’ve not really had a proper test.”

Reflecting on the past few days, Tanya told the software engineer: "The last few days have been very eye opening and I'm still trying to figure out if I can cope with the things I've seen. So I'm very much open. We're in Casa Amor. Everything happens for a reason and your timing is also happening for a reason, so for now I feel like I'm enjoying getting to know you."

Love Island airs everyday on ITV2 at 9pm.
