Love Island viewers were joking they'd witnessed Curtis Pritchard's 'creepiest' moment in the villa yet.
The professional dancer stunned fans of the show - and his co-stars - when he picked up a cockroach with his bare hands during Thursday night's episode.
It came as Curtis was supping wine outside with partner Maura Higgins and pals Tommy Fury and Molly Mae Hague.
"Oh no! It's one of those flying cockroaches right near your legs bro!" Tommy yelped as he moved away from the 'situation'.
Curtis then picked up the creature with his bare hands and pretended to come at Tommy with it.
"I swear I'll fall out with you!" Tommy warned.
As the others screeched in horror Curtis calmly walked over to her bush and let it roam free.
Fans at home were stunned.
"Why was curtis holding the cockroach for that long? i would've stomped it if that was me," said one.
"The only reason Curtis didn’t flinch when holding the cockroach is because snakes see them as a snack," joked another.
"Dunno what’s worse... hiding behind my hands trying not to vomit whilst Maura and Curtis danced or Curtis holding the cockroach," quipped a third.
Last night Curtis and Maura were in a very romantic mood as they went for their final date before Monday's final.
The pair were whisked away for a romantic meal - complete with their own personal harpist to serenade them.
But it wasn't all sweetness and light.
Maura later shocked her co-stars when she complained that Curtis wouldn't have sex with her.
The Irish grid girl had appeared keen to consummate their relationship as she was seen writhing around on top of Curtis in the bedroom.
"Tonight is not the night," Curtis told her. "I'm just... I'm tired," he explained.
The next day the Maura's pal Molly Mae supported her annoyance.
"If I was laying it on Tommy and he was giving me nothing, I would have kicked him out of the bed,' Molly Mae told her.
"Just wanted an orgasm," Maura told her.
