Winter Love Island viewers have dubbed airport security officer Shaq Muhammad as a "hero", "king" and one of the only "real" ones in the villa after he called out footballer Tom Clare for his dishonesty and behaviour on last night's episode (Monday, January 31).
It comes after news broke in the south African villa that Tom - who has been coupled up with several of the girls in the villa (Zara and Olivia) - had kissed new bombshell Ellie just moments after he had told ring girl Olivia Hawkins that he was still open to exploring their relationship more. After shock waves rippled through the villa at this revelation, Tom was having a chat with the boys when Shaq confronted him saying he should have been more honest to Olivia and to treat the girls fairly.
He said: "You've just got to be clear Tom. At the end of the day, someone's going to get hurt."

Despite Tom trying to defend himself by saying it was simply a kiss, Shaq layed out his fast-paced relationship timeline - which saw him jumping from girl to girl, all of whom he said he had feelings for - and said that he needed to be fair to all parties involved.
Soon after, Twitter users flooded the social media site praising Shaq, who is currently coupled up with Tanya Manhenga, for standing up for the girls in the villa. Following the shock announcement that there would be a recoupling on tonight's episode, which will air on ITV2 at 9pm on Wednesday, February 1, viewers called for all the boys in the villa to be evicted aside from Shaq, Will (who is coupled up with Jessie) and new boy Spencer.
One user wrote: "@louistforever28 Shaq is defo one of the best men in love island history so far the way he holds other boys accountable is refreshing.#loveisland".
Another said: "Shaq calling out Tom!! Yess!! #loveisland" as well as @tamzaraaaa who said: "personally i think the next #loveisland dumping should be all the men except my boy will and shaq".
@SarcasmAndChill wrote: "Thank god for Shaq, the only guy with some emotional intelligence in here #loveisland" as well as @headofotev, who said: "shaq is a king for that i can’t stand tom’s smug ass #loveisland."
@Katjerrr too tweeted: "Shaq is 100% best guy in the villa for me. More guys need to call out their mates like that. #loveisland" alongside @skamselite, who added: "shaq laying out tom’s timeline and saying it’s just facts bro GET HIM AGAIN GET HIM FOR ME #LoveIsland"
