Love Island under fire as fans call for 'show to end' after bullying row intensifies

Love Island came under fire tonight as the bullying row intensified.

The latest edition of the popular dating programme saw the boys complete the "Snog, Marry, Pie" challenge. The villa has been rocked with drama as a feud has developed between Luca Bish, Dami Hope and Tasha Ghouri continued.

The Islanders both pied Tasha during their challenges and aimed jibes in her direction. Luca commented that there is a endless list of reasons why he pied Tasha and Dami said the Islander always gets away with everything.

Tasha is coupled up with Andrew le Page and the Islander was furious after the section. Andrew said he would no longer be friends with Dami and Luca after the exchange.

The actions were also blasted by Paige Thorne who described their behaviour as "personal" and "too far". Dami and Luca later apologised to Tasha for how they behaved.

However, Love Island viewers following the show on Twitter were unhappy with the segment and claimed it made them feel uncomfortable.

Danielle said: "Getting really uncomfortable watching dami and Luca constantly bully Tasha now, how is this being allowed"

Lauren added: "Time for this season to end now imo, it’s just become so toxic watching the boys bully the likes of Tasha every night and get away with it what kind of message is that sending??"

Lexi commented: "End this show NOW"

Steve tweeted: "The guys on #LoveIsland this year are really going for the whole bullying angle aren’t they? The producers keep talking about their ‘duty of care’ but then keep giving them games that will undoubtedly draw out more aggressive and hateful comments. The show needs to change or END"
