Love Island ‘thrown into chaos by Dami's fate as big changes are coming' - expert

The Love Island stars could barely believe what they were hearing when popular Islander Dami Hope landed in the bottom two last night.

Dami has always been one of the main players in the villa, and until recently he was also a fan favourite too.

But accusations of bullying have seen his star power plummet.

Fans believe he and best friend Luca Bish 'bullied' model Tasha Ghouri in the snog, marry or pie challenge, with both choosing her and making 'nasty' remarks.

Tasha broke down after being pied four times, and boyfriend Andrew Le Page and pal Paige Thorne agreeing that the boys had taken things too far.

Opening up about her feelings, Tasha said she had been expecting the pies from Dami and Luca, but not such a personal attack.

"It's the reasons after they gave, that was nasty," she said.

Fans retaliated with a viral Twitter campaign that saw droves of viewers vote for Andrew and Tasha as their favourites in a bid to get Luca and Dami the boot.

The final results will be revealed tonight, with Dami and Billy Brown fighting to stay in the villa for the boys, and Summer and Danica for the girls.

But whether he goes or not, body language expert Darren Stanton says the damage has already been done, explaining that his change in fortune will have shaken Islanders to the core.

Those who thought they were safe will be thinking again, and Darren predicts that things are about to get very messy as the panicked stars freak out about how they're perceived outside the villa.

Speaking on behalf of MyBettingSites, he said: “Dami being in the bottom two male islanders following the public vote shocked a lot of islanders, especially Luca as he gets on very well with Dami.

"Instantly, Luca looked to Gemma for reassurance, as we saw expressions of disbelief and confusion flash across his face.

"Many of the islanders displayed micro-expressions of shock, while Indiya appeared uneasy at the thought of her partner potentially going home.

“Dami and Indiyah are well perceived by everyone in the villa and considered one of the strongest couples, so seeing Dami up there in the bottom two was completely unexpected and would have rocked the villa no question.

"Everyone will be concerned over how the dynamics will change if Dami, a big personality this series, is given the boot.”
