Love Island star Davide Sanclimenti says that his Los Angeles home has been burgled, with thieves making off with possessions valued at nearly $1.2million (£930,000).
The reality TV star on Thursday shared the distressing news with his 1.5million Instagram followers, explaining that the items had been taken "within six minutes".
The Italian native posted two images of his walk-in wardrobe on his Instagram stories, showing the shelves completely emptied by the intruders.
Alongside the images, he said: "I would like to say a big thank you to everyone who has displayed their concern and DMing me and asking why I have been quiet over socials.
“As you all know I'm living in LA atm [at the moment]. Our home got broken into and was robbed of nearly $1.2million worth of precious and personal belongings gone within 6 minutes...
“Just goes to show the saying is true, ‘the evil always target the pure-hearted’ but I'm trying to stay positive that the good people will always win in the end!”
Sanclimenti also said he would “take a few days to reset, change house and keep moving forward”.

In 2022 he won the eighth series of Love Island UK alongside his then-girlfriend Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu.
Since their victory, the couple has broken up twice, with the most recent split occurring in January this year.
At the time, Cülcüloğlu shared a statement on Instagram Stories claiming that she had been the one to decide to call time on the romance.
However, Sanclimenti said it had been a "joint decision" and that he had been blindsided by her statement, saying that they had planned to post a joint statement following Cülcüloğlu's appearance on The Traitors US.
The Italian model and aspiring fitness expert wrote on his Instagram Stories: "Life sometimes reserves surprises and suddenly wakes you up.
"Ekin and I, just after the ski holidays, decided to go different ways. It was a joint decision but I was waiting to make it public to respect her time in the show. I don't know why the agreed statement changed last minute.
"I agree it was a beautiful story even with its ups and downs like all couples. I loved every moment, from the first time I knew her in the Villa until life outside. I really believed in us and saw a future for us. But sometimes in life people need to grow apart. Is just the direction of life. I will treasure our moments forever."
He concluded: "Now it's time to focus on myself. I love you all always, thank you for the unconditional support everyone showed me from the beginning. Davide". (sic)
