Amber Gill has begged her millions of fans for advice after she threw up following a sudden panic attack.
The Love Island star, 25, who won the ITV2 show back in 2019 alongside Greg O'Shea, took to Twitter to ask for advice following her sudden attack on Wednesday.
The reality TV star star explained that she spiralled into a panic attack after watching a terrifying TikTok video.
The haunting video in question was based on John Edward Jones' horrifying death after he became stuck in a tiny passage in Nutty Putty Cave, located in Utah, back in 2009.
After watching the skin-crawling video, Amber asked those who regularly suffer from panic attacks some advice as she admitted that she was worried and confused that the video caused such a reaction and made her physically sick.
"Can panic attacks make you physically sick?" she asked.
"I just watched a caving video that make me so uncomfortable and then I was randomly sick? I’m so confused.
"I knew it was a fear of mine But I didn’t think I’d have a full on panic attack and throw up over it! Blocking the word 'caving' from my account."
The devastating story of John Edward Jones' death has resurfaced once again after the haunting TikTok video has gone viral.
John died at the age of 26 after he became trapped for more than a day inside Nutty Putty Cave in 2009.
Following Amber's panic attack confession, her followers also shared their experiences from watching the chilling clip.
"I have literally just watched the same video, I had to pause before continuing as I knew I'd have a panic attack," one replied to her tweet.
"I watched that today and it made my chest feel tight! Horrendous," another echoed.
"One of the scariest things I have ever seen. Imagine how scared he was stuck in that all alone and in darkness," someone else added.
While a fourth shared: "Couldn't bring myself to watch any more than two seconds of it."
Nutty Putty Cave has been sealed off since 2009 following John's horrific death.
