Love Island's Tom is bookies' favourite to couple up with new Islander with his sights set on Lydia

Love Island contestant Tom is the bookies' favourite to pick Scots bombshell Lydia over Samie in tonight's recoupling.

Host Maya Jama returns to the main Love Island Villa and asks the boys what they want to do, stick with their original girl, or couple up with one of the new females.

Scenes airing on ITV2 later are expected to be explosive, with both Tom and Lydia warming to each other over the past few days and admitting that they like each other.

His odds, according to Betway, are currently 9/10 for him to choose Lydia. Sami, meanwhile, has odds of 3/5 to remain faithful to Tom as she returns from Casa Amor.

As Maya Jama makes a dramatic entrance, she says: “Hello hunnies, how are you doing?” and goes on to say: “Ok boys, stay where you are and girls come and line up next to me.”

Heartbreak is expected to rock the villa later (ITV)

Maya tells the boys “Casa Amor is the ultimate relationship test, it’s a test of trust. Do you trust that your girl has stayed loyal to you or do you think she will have strayed? I

“I'm going to ask you one by one whether you want to stick with your current partner or whether you want to recouple with one of these girls standing right in front of you.”

She adds: “The girls at Casa Amor have also been given the choice of whether they want to stick with you or recouple with one of the new boys. It’s time to make your decisions and also find out what the girls have chosen to do.”

Love Island returns to ITV2 and ITVX tonight.
