Amy Hart has opened up about Love Island's strict booze policy.
The former air hostess, 29, went on the show in 2019 and has now spilled some secrets from behind the scenes.
Taking to TikTok confirming if the producers limit the amount of alcohol consumed, she revealed: "Yes. So it's one drink on a normal night and then two drinks if it's a long night.
"A lot of us didn't end up drinking because what's the point in having one glass?
"Some nights we were just like 'we want to get drunk' if it's been a stressful day or whatever. But when there's massive rows I always thought 'imagine that with a skinful of alcohol', so I actually didn't mind and, also, no hangovers, which was good."
Amy then added that when she left the villa she was "on the floor" after one glass of wine, which was "fabulous."
Of course some of the Islanders are completely tee total.
Taking this into account, one excited fan asked if their booze could be shared.
"If some of you don't drink can other people take yours?," they asked optimistically.
Lying in bed sporting a pink paisley top, Amy replied: "No and they tell you on the first day that if you do get caught giving your drink to anyone then everyone gets banned from drinking for five days, so you'll let everyone else down. Don't do it."
Amy had a bit of a rough ride on the show after having her heart broken by Curtis Pritchard.
They pair coupled up at the start, and when the bubbly blonde headed to Casa Amor, she stayed loyal and returned to the villa with the intention of dropping the L-bomb.
However, unbeknown to Amy, Curtis had been getting busy cracking on with newbie Jourdan Riane.
A very public breakdown followed and fans were concerned for Amy's welfare.
However fast forward three years and she reckons she's met the one.
Amy said she told friends just before her third date with Sam Rason she was going to marry him.
Speaking to OK! Magazine, she revealed babies and marriage were definitely on the cards.
She explained: "Once you have children, all your priorities change. I'd love to get married next year.
"We'll need to make a decision at some point about what we're going do first, but we'd like at least two.
