Shaughna Phillips has begged for help from fans as her pregnancy pains are keeping her up at night.
The Love Island star, 28, is expecting her first child with her boyfriend Billy and told fans she is struggling with pain in her hips when she tries to sleep.
"Part of the 5am club this morning," she wrote on Instagram sharing a selfie from bed.
"My hips don't lie but they do hurt like hell.
"How am I supposed to sleep for the next 12 weeks please? Send help."
Shaughna's new pains come after she was treated for an infection at hospital.
She shared a picture of some hospital equipment as she reassured fans that her 'baby is happy'.
"Came to the hospital this morning because I've been having a strange pain in my belly for the last few days that was worrying me.
"Baby is happy and chilling but I've got an infection that needs treating.
"I always get scared that I'm wasting the hospital's time or that what I'm feeling might just be normal when your body is growing a baby, but so glad I listened to my instinct."
Shaughna recently explained why her partner, who has stayed out of the limelight, won't be in the delivery room with her.
She explained Billy's mum will be by her side when it's time to give birth as he is 'squeamish around blood'.
The star said in herOK! magazinecolumn: "I want my mum and Billy to be my birthing partners, but I think my boyfriend may have a difficult time.
"He's just going to want to know when the baby's here rather than actually being in the delivery room with me.
"He's one of those people who are actually squeamish around blood. There have been times before when I've had surgery and needed help, but he just couldn't do it."
"I'll probably have his mum somewhere waiting just in case he goes down," she joked.
Once her baby arrives, the star plans on sharing snaps of the little one with her followers but could change her mind.
A curious fan asked her on Instagram if her child would be on social media.
The TV personality said: "Truthfully, I don't really know the answer. As it stands, I plan on sharing pictures of my baby, but that could change once the baby is here."
She announced the news of her pregnancy in October by posting a video of her ultrasound on Instagram.
