Olivia Attwood stunned fans with a string of hilarious snaps from her teenage years as she marked her best friend's birthday on Instagram .
'Liv is best known as the outspoken finalist on the third series of Love Island in 2017 and looked worlds away from her glamorous villa self in the throwback pics.
Instead she's seen sporting some enormous back-combed hair, questionable eye-liner and a penchant for a Barbie pink minidress before she began her career as a motorsport grid girl.
The now 26-year-old Liv has undergone another transformation of late, having taken steps to undo her past cosmetic work.
Last month Liv opted to remove her breast implants after complaining they looked too big on her frame.
After recovering from the op, Liv jetted out to Marbella with boyfriend Bradley Dack.
Liv happily revealed the results of her surgery as she posed in a revealing white swimsuit by the pool, with medical tape visible across her chest.
Olivia told her fans: "So loads of you are asking what surgery I’m having done and I’m finally getting my boobs re-done this week. Nothing more, nothing less so everyone can just calm down.”
It's the second removal procedure Olivia has gone through this year after choosing to have lip filler taken out back in January.
Sharing snaps of her noticeably thinner pout after a visit to cosmetic surgeron Dr. Saleena, Olivia revealed: "I don’t know if you can tell, I think it's not that obvious, because I’m really puffy this morning, but when she was there she convinced me to dissolve my top lip.
So this is my top lip with no filler at all and it feels really weird, not going to lie."
Revealing that she was happy Dr Saleena convinced her to get rid of her fillers, Olivia added: "I think she’s so right, I’ve been having lip fillers for years, probably five or six years.
"That lip has started to come out of the lip line and started to look really puffy - something I never wanted, so I’m actually excited to start again fresh. It looks better than it did because it was over-filled."
While Olivia is happy with the results, she added that her footballer boyfriend Bradley Dack wasn't yet used to her make-under.
"Brad was laughing at me this morning when I woke up because he was like ‘Where’s your lip gone?,'" she said.
Despite Olivia's decision to go it natural, she claimed it was only a temporary measure, as she plans to get her lips re-injected next week.
