Medhi Edno has come under fire from Love Island viewers for the second time in a matter of days, with his behaviour towards Whitney Adebayo giving them 'red flags.'
Earlier in the week, after seeing Jess Harding storm off upset after a chat with Whithey, Medhi, who hadn't heard a word of what was said, implied that Whitney had made Jess cry, warning her that he would cut things off with her if it ever happened again. He then told her: "I don't want my girl to be in any unnecessary drama. If this is what you are, I don't want it." As they got up to walked away, he added: "Next time you make someone cry, I'll come to you directly."
It took Jess to take Medhi to one side to explain that he had blown things out of proportion, for him to come round, as Love Island fans raised concerns over his treatment of Whitney. And the same concerns were raised again by a number of people who watched Sunday's episode.

Much to the shock of the Islanders, there was a daytime recoupling, with the boys doing the picking. Predictably, Medhi chose Whitney. However, he later took her for a chat and said he found it 'disrespectful' that she apparently laughed at him as he delivered his speech.
Whitney tried to assure him that it was 'nervous laughter,' but, as she did, viewers took to Twitter to declare that Medhi was giving them 'red flags.' Taking exception to him having a go at Whitney, one tweeted: "MEDHI is PI**ING ME OFF every damn day! WHITNEY DESERVES BETTER hope she finds something better when Casa Amor comes!" Also willing Whitney to break free of Medhi, another responded: "Men like Medhi go for strong women like Whitney to then break them down to make them doubt themselves. Sorry, the signs are right there"
