"Don't worry, I'm not bringing out a DVD honeys, absolutely not - it's never my vibe," she joked.

"I've always been to yoga and stuff, but I've just never exercised this much before. But it's a funny one because the stronger I get, the more high vibing my body feels."

Speaking of her diet, she confessed: "Don't get me wrong, I eat cheese and stuff all the time and if I eat a McDonalds, I eat a McDonalds.

"But I know that my body is vibing a lot higher - the energy is flowing through my body it's crazy."

Sitting in the countryside garden of her home, she said: "I feel lighter, quicker, stronger, fitter, like mentally just completely different. It's like it's been a missing piece of the puzzle for me."

She opened up about what's been going on behind the scenes, she said: "And I've had a lot of stuff going on that none of you know about, just personal life, and it gets crazy up in here.

"There's a lot I don't talk about, but seeing as it's family this one's going to be a private one, but it's a lot to deal with sometimes," she admitted.

She said about how taking a break from social media helped her to clear her mind.

The mum-of-one also responded to fans who wanted to see her pert derriere.

Consy died when she was four weeks old after being born prematurely in 2019.

Malin has always been open about her grief, hoping to release some of the stigma that surrounds child death.

Writing on social media: "It was a very bittersweet moment as it was a heartwarming feeling taking Xaya somewhere so special and close to my heart, however also very difficult as her older sister is no longer here to guide her and be with her."
