Love Island's Laura Anderson has flaunted her stunning figure as she shares a workout routine with her fans on Instagram, but admits that she's "no PT."
In the video to her 1.4M followers the 33-year-old from Stirling can be seen doing Kettlebell Deadlifts, Bench Presses and Curtsey Lunges - and joked about her bottom saying: "love yourself even if you have a flat ass".
Laura appears to be trying to keep her mind off things after telling social media yesterday that's she's struggling to deal with "public speculation", following her split from Dane Bowers.
Earlier today, the Scot shared throwback pictures from when she was cabin crew with Emirates Airline.
She loved working at Emirates before leaving her job behind to star on the show, and occasionally posts the odd throwback from her days working in the skies. The reality TV favourite spoke to The Sun about some of her weirdest customer demands: "Someone asked me to take peas out of their meal.
"Someone wanted a McDonald’s and a lot of people would want us to ask the captain to check football scores for them. A lot of people would ask to be woken up in so many hours. I’d suggest setting an alarm."
Laura continued: "’I've put a wee old woman’s slippers on for her before too. With Emirates, you literally make their beds and tuck them in. The only thing I found hard is when people ask you to look after their kids. I’m like 'I’ve got 300 people to serve madam'."
After splitting with her Another Level boyfriend Dane Bowers, Laura has moved back to the UK and has been visiting some of her old Stirling hang-outs. The 33-year-old is also one of the latest celebrities to join the line-up for Celebs Go Dating where she will join Pete Wicks, The Apprentice's Navid Sole, Sinitta and Geordie Shore's Bethan Kershaw.
