Love Island's Laura Anderson feels 'unsafe' in Glasgow flat and wants to move after robbery

Love Island star Laura Anderson says she doesn't feel safe after thieves struck at her Glasgow flat.

Yesterday, the pregnant social media star revealed that her Range Rover had been stolen from outside her home after the robbers broke in and took the key.

The 34-year-old then went on to say that her neighbour was also targeted in the incident and she's now desperate to move to find a "safe space" before her baby is born.

Laura said: "My neighbour got robbed as well. I probably shouldn't say how I know people got the keys but if I didn't want to move already, I want to even more now."

Laura, who appeared in the 2018 series of Love Island, had already told fans she was hoping to relocate before the birth of her wee girl, and she's hinted she'd like to be closer to her family home in Stirling.

She said yesterday: "I've been trying to look for places because of the baby but it would also be nice to be in a safe place.

"You know when you just think nothing else could go wrong? I just worry sometimes that I'm just like, alright with stuff. I don't know."

She added: "But now I'm starting to think like, what if they planted a camera around the house? I won't be walking around naked! It's not even funny."

Yesterday, the Love Island star took to Instagram to reveal that her car was stolen and she thanked Police Scotland for their help.

She wrote: "Someone just stole my car, nice (thumbs up emoji)."

She later added: "When you realised the f****** were in your flat and took your spare ket. Huge thank you to Scotland Police you guys have been amazing."

She then posted a video of herself, explaining the situation, she said: "Hey gang, how's it going?

"Thanks for all your messages, I am actually fine. It's only a car right? Hopefully the insurance will cover it.

"But the fact that someones potentially been in my house when I've been away.

"Sarcastically adding: "Thank you social media."

She continued: "But yeah, if you have a range rover, definitely get a ghoster or immobiliser, I think that's the only way that people can't steal them."I don't even want it back at this point, I just want my insurance and maybe just get like a different car or something."

Laura had just returned from a work trip in America when she discovered that thieves had been in her home.

The star is currently expecting her first child with ex partner Gary Lucy after meeting on Celebs Go Dating.

Police Scotland have been contacted for comment.

Laura Anderson declined to comment.
