Paige Thorne was left in tears as Jacques O'Neill broke the news he decided to leave the villa and quit Love Island.
Right at the end of Monday night's show, a teaser flashed up on screen showing Jacques irate over something bombshell Adam had apparently said about him, with the rugby player shouting: "Who the f**k is he?! Just another geezer who's been on the show? You're f**king nothing mate."
But before Love Island viewers get to see if there is a heated confrontation between Jacques and Adam, it has been confirmed that Jacques has walked out, with a statement from ITV reading: "Jacques has made the decision to leave the Villa. He will explain his reasons to the Islanders during tonight’s episode. We fully support his decision and look forward to seeing what’s next for Jacques."

In the immediate aftermath of the news of Jacques' departure being announced, a first look video for Tuesday's episode of Love Island surfaced online, with both Paige and Jacques crying over him leaving.. As Jacques struggles to keep it together, he tells Paige: "You mean so much to me, you know that?"
He adds: "I just wish I could finish off my journey with you in here, but..." as tears flow for both of them. The rest of their conversation is yet to be revealed, or how Jacques tells the other Islanders of his decision, but news of his exit has already provoked a huge response online.
Commenting on the clip, one fan wrote: ""Was actually mainly watching for Jacques and Paige, this is so heartbreaking...hope Paige will walk too, no way she'll find another connection like what she has with Jacques in there." Another wrote: "His mental health is low and he’s done the best thing and left, big respect for that. He can continue with Paige on the outside or she shows her true colours. We will see."
