Love Island star Harley Judge has changed dramatically since leaving the villa - after taking up bodybuilding.
The blond-haired hunk appeared on the ITV2 dating show in 2017, but fans may struggle to recognise him these days.
When Harley entered the villa, he was a fit guy with muscles, but now he's taken it to a whole new level.
These days, the 24-year-old is competing in bodybuilding competitions and has a body reminiscent of Arnold Schwarzenegger in his Conan the Barbarian days.
Harley is super tanned and super ripped with extreme definition on every single one of his bulging muscles.
Tonight, he shared a snap of himself stood in the middle of two buff guys as he struck a pose on stage, wearing nothing but a pair of shorts.
He said: "One from the weekend
"I doubt myself a hell of a lot! Although I am happy with the way I looked on stage, there’s definitely some improvements to be made."
Harley regularly posts updates about his bodybuilding journey on his Instagram account, talking about his strict diet and super regimented gym routine.
Just a few days ago, he celebrated after placing first in a competition.
Posing topless in the street, he clutched a trophy as he smiled for a picture.
He said: "1ST F*****G PLACE!!
"Only gone and done it, all the hard work has paid off
"10 weeks of dieting, hours in the gym, hours of cardio .. PURE GRIT .. blood, sweat, and no tears (close a few times)
"To say I’m proud of myself is an understatement. I set myself a goal and I’ve smashed it I thank you all for your positive and negative comments + messages because without it I wouldn’t have done it. You are my motivation
"Plan of attack is to now give my body a break, enjoy my summer and back on prep ready for the British finals in October

Harley has posted plenty of snaps showing off his toned torso and bulging biceps and has posted his own YouTube video entitled "Love island to bodybuilding".
During his time in the villa, Harley coupled up with Amber Davies, who went on to win the show with Kem Cetinay.
When he entered the villa, he cited his occupation as a grounds worker, and later went into real estate after leaving the show.
