Love Island's Hannah Elizabeth has revealed the results of her new nose job.
The 31-year-old beauty has documented the healing process following the rhinoplasty and joked that she looks like Cindy Lou Who from The Grinch.
Posing from a hotel bedroom in Istanbul, Turkey, the reality star showed the dark bruising on her face from the surgery.
Wearing a very low cut black top and her hair pulled into a scruffy pony tail, she looked up from under her thick fake lashes.
Despite the tape across her nose and strip of bandage on her top lip, she looked stunning.
She captioned the photo: "Day after op. Cindy Lou Whoooo. Recovering from my rhinoplasty with @comfortzonesurgeryofficial @serenecosmetic_ . Being looked after back at the villa resting up. Cant wait to see my end results".
The influencer said that her "nose changes every day" due to the swelling, but added that she "loves the new shape already".
In another shot the blonde beauty wore an off the shoulder leotard covered in butterflies and animal print.
She sat in front of her bedroom mirror and revealed her new nose without the bandages.
"Just over two weeks post op and loving my rhinoplasty results already !! So cute nose and easy recovery.
She added: "Still some swelling but big changes everyday ! cant wait for end result !! Best looked after ive ever felt after surgery thanks to the amazing team."
Hannah has described her new nose as looking like a pixie's nose and said she "Couldn't be happier from what I can see already."
She was joined by a friend who also had the name procedure and the pair posed together with their new noses.
"New year, new nose b******," she added the caption.
The influencer strutted her stuff in a bikini six years ago on the first ever series of the ITV show.
She and then-boyfriend Jon Clark were the first couple to have sex in the villa, with Hannah saying at the time: "I’ve met the love of my life and winning Love Island would just help start our future together."
Three months after leaving the show they went their separate ways and Jon told OK! Magazine: "I've got no animosity towards the girl, the break-up hasn't been good."
"We had arguments, there are things that happened between us, on both sides, not just mine.
"The arguing was getting too much for me and we just weren't working anymore."
Speaking of her nose job she said: "Actually, when the doctor cut my nose open, he said it was a lot more crooked inside than we originally thought, so I ended up having to have quite a bigger op than we thought.
"I've actually got my nose stuffed at the minute. It's like a bit of a scaffolding to hold my nose into the new position. I will have to go to hospital where they will pull that out."
This isn't the first time Hannah's had work done, she's also had lip fillers and Botox and splashed out £15,000 on two boob jobs.
