Former Love Island star Georgia Steel, 24, has sparked rumours she's enlisted the help of a plastic surgeon to achieve her new look.
The reality TV star took to TikTok earlier this week to show off some freckles and new bangs, but fans were more focused on her seemingly brand new nose.
As the one-time villa resident posed and pouted for the camera, Nicki Minaj 's song We Go Up played in the background - a hit that includes the lyrics: "after all that surgery you're still ugly."
"Feckle girl," Georgia captioned the TikTok, as she flicked her hair and mimed along to the song.
"Why does she look so different? Does anyone know? I know she changed her hair but she looks so different but I can't put my finger on whats different," one fan pondered in the comment section underneath Georgia's post.
""She's defo done some fillers. Surgeon was too good cos it's like she looks different but what and where you can't figure exactly," another follower suggested, with a third adding: "Omg nose job for sure yes."
Not everyone was so convinced the reality TV had been under the knife.
Several TikTok users pointed out how Georgia first rose to fame fresh out of her teen in 2018 - with one suggested the star's face may have just "matured" as she's grown up in the public eye.
The surgery rumours surrounding Georgia come after her previous comments about tweakments in 2019 at the age of 20 - claiming she was too young to be getting any work done.
"If a girl is really insecure about something and they want to feel better about it then I get that. But twenty-year-old girls are getting so much work done now and I think it is such a shame," she told The Sun at the time.
"There are so many changing faces. I think "Why have you done that to yourself?" You looked better before."
She added: "It is a real shame; it really makes me feel sad. I won’t be having anything done, I’m too young."
Surgery or no surgery, Georgia's love life appears to be hotting up over recent weeks - four years on from appearing on Love Island in a bid to find The One.
During her time on the ITV2 dating show, the Yorkshire babe was coupled up with Josh Denzel, before an infamous Casa Amor put an end to their budding romance.
Georgia went on to leave the villa with Sam Bird - who tied the knot last month - but the pair called it quits soon after landing home in the U.K.
Currently single, Georgia was recently spotted on a date with Leeds United footballer Tyler Roberts - with a pal claiming the potential love birds "have lots in common".
