Love Island's Ella Thomas' secret connection to Hollywood royalty and rap stars

Love Island's Ella Thomas has revealed she has a secret connection to a big Hollywood star and high-profile rappers.

The supermodel, who hails from Glasgow, is one of the stunning contestants set to make waves in the Majorcan villa as Love Island returns to ITV2 on Monday night.

Ella, 23, has already won awards for her modelling gigs and is a catwalk pro.

And in the villa, she’ll be hoping her jet-set lifestyle and endless pins will help her bag a man - and the cash prize.

Ahead of her debut in the Love Island villa, Ella revealed she’s not only met Hollywood royalty Brad Pitt, after starring in one of his blockbuster movies but has rubbed shoulders with the likes of Burna Boy and Headie One.

“I’ve been in a Headie One and Burna Boy music video and I was once an extra in World War Z,” she said when asked if she has a claim to fame.

“I was 12 years old when I filmed it and got to meet Brad Pitt which was cool,” Ella added.

She also had a warning for her fellow Islanders, as she confessed she was the “whole package”.

Quizzed on why someone should want to date the Glaswegian bombshell, she cheekily replied: “I'm the whole package, I know what I want in life and I’ve got a big heart.”

And Ella’s not looking for just a quick fling while on the hit ITV2 show - she’s on the hunt for a long-term romance.

“I’d let the boys know that I’m wifey material so don’t play with me!” she laughed.

Ella, who was crowned Female Model of the Year at the Scottish media awards in October 2022, will be joining the likes of beautician Ruchee Gurung, semi-professional footballer Tyrique Hyde, commercial real estate agent Catherine Agbaje and fellow model Mehdi Edno in the villa.

The new series, hosted by Maya Jama, kicks off on ITV2 on Monday at 9pm
